BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING OF THE

TOWN BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

Municipal Complex - Assembly Room

Monday, May 10, 1999

MINUTES

 

Agendas with resolutions were posted at the Municipal Complex, Fire Station 40, Sanitary District No. 4, Appleton Public Library, Menasha Public Library, and Neenah Public Library.

    1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL

Clerk Sprague called the Board of Review meeting with the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 5:50 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Clerk Sprague noted the roll as follows:

II. SELECT A CHAIRPERSON

Clerk Sprague petitioned the Board of Supervisors to nominate a Chairperson for the Board of Review.

MOTION: Supervisor Jurgensen, second Supervisor Sprague to nominate Arden Tews, as Chairperson for the Board of Review. Motion carried unanimously with Supervisor Krueger excused. Chairman Tews abstained.

Chairman Tews questioned the status of the roll book from Assessor Eiberger

Assessor Eiberger stated that the work roll has been delivered. He will be taking it to Winnebago County on May 11, 1999 to process any changes.

 

SET DATE FOR BOARD OF REVIEW

MOTION: Supervisor Sprague, second Supervisor Jurgensen to set the date for the Board of Review on June 19, 1999 at 8:00 a.m. and recess the Board of Review. Motion carried unanimously with Supervisor Krueger excused.

  1. ADJOURN UNTIL SUCH TIME THE ROLL BOOK IS COMPLETE

At 5:58 p.m. MOTION: Supervisor Sprague, second Supervisor Jurgensen to adjourn the Board of Review until June 19, 1999 at 8:00 a.m. Motion to adjourn carried unanimously with Supervisor Krueger excused.
