Agendas with resolutions were posted at the Municipal Complex, Fire Station 40, and Sanitary District No. 4. Agendas with resolutions were also mailed to the Appleton, Menasha, and Neenah libraries.

Town Chair Arden Tews called the regular meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 5:55 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Clerk Sprague stated that all publications and notifications were completed by the Clerk’s office pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes 60.71(4)(b).

Chairman Tews asked if there was anyone that had anything to say in regards to the this annexation request. There was none.

Ron Solis, the owner, requested that the Board approve this annexation for the construction of a single family home.

Seeing no further comments, questions or objections, Chairman Tews declared the public hearing closed at 5:58 p.m.
