DISCUSSION ITEMS:

TRAIN NOISE: Stroebe Island residents Steve Bunnow, Marian
Bunnow & Tom Rigden stated that Canadian National has been parking engines
& cars for days at a time on Butte des Morts Bch Rd. causing house rattling,
vibrations & unpleasant odors. They
further stated safety concerns and other pollutants.

MOTION: Sauer/Jurgensen to adopt to
approve as submitted. Motion carried.

MOTION: Jurgensen/Sauer to adopt to
approve as submitted. Motion carried.

Establish Polling Places for the 2005 Elections
MOTION: Handevidt/Schroeder to adopt to
approve as submitted. Motion carried.

approve with the exception of (none) as submitted. Motion carried.

Authorize Purchase of Police Vehicles
MOTION:
Handevidt/Schroeder to adopt to approve with the word “white” in the

Regarding the original motion as amended,
on roll call, motion carried unanimously.
Chief McCants requested the board members
also consider St. Mary’s Central and will bring a resolution before the board
regarding this addition to the resolution.

After discussion, Motion:
Jurgensen/Handevidt to POSTPONE FOR CONSIDERATION at the next town board
meeting. Motion carried unanimously.

Amend Chapter 9, Section 9.01(3)(f) of the Town of

as submitted. Motion carried.

Amend & Repeal All Ordinances of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Menasha as to All New, Amending and Repealing
Ordinances Adopted in the Year 2005, All Years Preceding 2004 & All
Ordinances Adopted, Amended or Repealed to Date-First Reading
MOTION: Handevidt/Schroeder to accept the
First Reading as submitted. Motion carried.
